What is your sample policy?

We can supply the sample if we have the parts in stock, but the customer has to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. When you place the formal order, these costs can be deducted from the payment for goods.
When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote you within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry. If you are in urgent to get the quotation. Please call us or tell us in your email so that we can treat your inquiry as a priority.
Wonder if you accept small orders?

Do not worry. Feel free to contact us in order to get more orders and give our clients more convenience; we accept small orders.
How long for delivery time after pay deposit?

Usually 30-45 days. Some hot-selling items are in stock.

What is the MOQ for each items?

If the items are in stock, there is no limitation for MOQ, and normally an MOQ of 10 pcs is acceptable.

2. Our QC will retest the same stock item; if it is confirmed to be a quality problem, we will provide corresponding compensation.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air and sea shipping are also optional.
Are you trading company or manufacturer?

We are a factory.
Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample free charge, but do not pay the cost of freight.
How long is your delivery time?

With our design, fabrication, and manufacturing skills and experience about 30 days, but it is based on customers' requests, and it is according to quantity.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have a 100% test before delivery.

We welcome you to visit our factory for a glance of our products and company. Our engineer can make drawings to give you a direct impression.
How long will it take to complete my order?

Again, it depends on the size and complexity of the order.
How much will the shipping charges be?

It depends on the size of the packages and the method of shipping. Let us know the method you choose (by air or by sea) and your destination address, and we shall check for you accordingly.
Which port do you ship the goods from?

The closest port to us is Ningbo Port / Shanghai Port, or other specific locations per your requirements.
Is it possible to know how my products going on without visiting your company?

We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos that show the machining progress.
